About me
Hi, I’m Helen!
I’m a Seasonal Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher based in the Northwest of England. With over 10 years of experience, I discovered yoga as a means to manage anxiety and chronic pain. In 2018, I completed my first teaching qualification and have since remained a committed student of yoga, consistently enhancing my knowledge through training and learning from inspiring teachers across the community.
My aim is simple: to help you understand how yoga can serve as a tool for self discovery, connecting you with your body's innate intuition and promoting mental wellbeing. By calming the body, we quiet the mind, and that's where the power of yoga lies.
In Seasonal Yoga we align our practice with the energy of the current season, cultivating balance and steadiness. My classes are designed for everyone, including beginners, and they often carry a touch of light-heartedness (because yoga doesn’t always have to be serious!).
