Service Description

A warm invitation to join me for the first Seasonal Saturday of 2026 at Westhead Village Hall. Yoga inspired by nature. The morning will consist of meditation, Seasonal yoga inspired by the season, relaxation, tea/coffee and, most importantly, home made cakes! Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket as the body temperature can drop during relaxation. Come as you are and see you on the mat! Terms and conditions: 1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the advertised start time so practice can start and finish on time. 2. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. 3.
