Service Description

A warm invitation to join me for a Seasonal Saturday at Westhead Village Hall. Yoga inspired by nature. The morning will consist of meditation, Seasonal yoga inspired by the season, relaxation, tea/coffee and, most importantly, homemade cakes! Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket as the body temperature can drop during relaxation. Come as you are and see you on the mat! Terms and conditions: 1. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the advertised start time so practice can start and finish on time. 2. All workshop bookings are non-refundable. 3.
